We work with Adults 18-65 & Adults 65+ for Dementia patients.
Our team at Lifelink2 consists of highly trained and compassionate caregivers who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. We carefully select and rigorously screen our caregivers to ensure that they possess the necessary skills, experience, and empathy to deliver the highest standard of care.
We offer a wide range of services designed to promote independence, comfort, and well-being. Our services include personal care assistance, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and companionship. Our caregivers work closely with clients and their families to develop customized care plans that address their individual goals and preferences.

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Care is provided from a few hours a day up to 24hours , 7days a week.
